Potomac Farms Metro District
The District maintains approximately 7.9 acres of open space land situated throughout the Potomac Farms neighborhood. In addition, the District is responsible for maintaining the City-owned landscaping bordering the north side of 104th Avenue (as it borders the neighborhood) and the west side of Potomac Street. (The City maintains the island in the middle of Potomac Street.)
The District also owns and is responsible for maintaining the storm water detention area (which collect the storm water runoff from the streets) - located on the west end of the neighborhood.
