Included with the design request form is a brochure showing pictures of the completed/finished prefabricated improvement (e.g. shed, above-ground swimming pool, children's playset, pergola, gazebo). Yes No

HOUSE PAINTING REQUESTS ONLY - A picture of the neighboring house on each side of your house is included with the Design Request Form. In addition, a color swatch of the proposed colors for the body, trim and accent (i.e. doors/shutters) is included with the Design Request Form. (Also indicate the proposed color for the garage door.) Yes No Not applicable

WINDOWS/DOORS PROJECT REQUESTS ONLY - Included with the design request form is a brochure showing the color and style of the proposed replacement windows and/or doors. For windows, the design request form indicates whether the proposed new windows will have grids in the windows or will be grid-less windows. Yes No Not applicable

SOLAR PROJECT REQUESTS ONLY - A written representation is included on the design request form indicating the conduit running down the side of the house will be installed behind the wing fences and painted the same color as the body color of the house. Yes No Not applicable

After answering "yes" or "N/A" to all of the above questions and uploading the completed design request form and any related exhibits, click on the submit button. You will receive a response within 48 hours from the District confirming your design request form has been received. If the District's management company completes its review of your design request form and determines the information provided is complete, the District management company will forward your request to the District Board or Architectural Committee for review and consideration.
